Re-Downloading

If an ebook becomes corrupted or requires replacement during the normal course of use, you can re-download it from your cynnara.com account.

Tarot and Courses

Tarot services must be cancelled within 48 hours of scheduling the reading to be eligible for a refund.

Courses must submit for refund within 10 days of purchase or no refund.
